As a mother of four Viola Francis is obsessed with levelling the playing a nature lover who enjoy hiking, fishing and any other out door activity she has tried to play all the sport that is played in the country and still enjoys playing, netball, basketball, cricket and football.

She has always been a hard worker and as her father who has been a logger for most of his life, is gets older and is not yet at the place to hang up his cap, she has made it her duty to be his keeper throughout the day, with this motivation she has now become self-employed.

She is a certified project manager and an early childhood educator. She has been a key player in several conversational projects on island and is very enthusiastic about making a difference in the environment. As a team player, she is optimistic and loves a good laugh.
